STAND ALONE SYSTEMS

The 'Stand Alone' photovoltaic systems are those systems that provide electricity even in places not reached by electric grid. The energy is stored in batteries so that it’s possible to have electricity also during night time or in the absence of sunlight.

These systems are most common in remote areas such as mountain huts or in regions such as Africa, where electrification is not yet as widespread as in many other countries.

Thanks to our experience, we have also special components running on solar energy such as solar street lights, solar refrigerators and freezers, solar televisions, solar pumps to extract water from wells, solar desalination systems for seawater, solar UV bacteria killers, etc…

All of our technologies have been widely used especially in the African continent and the Middle East.
